The space This 35 sq.m apartment is located near Old City yet right next to a golf club called Star Dome. This gives a unique balance of living in city center yet with refreshing greenery. Current artwork is from Ploy Kasom. The well-known local painter. All artworks are available for sale. Income goes directly to the artist. There may be golf course maintenance in the morning and occasional light aircraft noise, both lighter than in Nimman area. Most guests find the condo peaceful, and earplugs are provided for light sleepers just in case. ROOMS: The apartment is a spacious 2-room apartment. There's 1 bedroom and 1 big living room with a sofa bed. Total living space is 35 sq.m. Bedroom - 1x Queen bed (150x200cm) Living room - Spacious with 1x Sofa bed (120x200cm) Bedroom & living room with blackout curtains for better sleep or working across time zones. Bright, cheerful and very functional. But it situated right next to it. 5-12 minutes taxi ride to the golf course. NOTE: Take the route via the Old City moat—the shortcut via the Air Force area is restricted (military zone) but still shown on Google Maps. Avoid it! The cleaning fee covers 1 final cleaning at checkout. Optional mid-stay services are available: Cleaning 500 THB and Laundry 200 THB. We’ll connect you directly with our trusted cleaners.
