Note: only 1 bedroom in the main building. Access to small beach, possibility of using the sauna. Easy access to the motorway, between Piteå and Luleå. The owner reserves the right of access to unleased buildings and to the pontoon. Use of the hottub not included. Guest access Guests will have access to main stuga, guest stuga, small stuga, grillkota and sauna. No access to garage and storage. Other things to note Ping pong table available, some boardgames and books (English, Swedish & French), Kubb. Football goal on site. Washing machine.
