It has an espectacular terrace to enjoy every time there is good weather. - The apartment has a capacity of 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double master bed and the second one has two individual beds. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and outdoor windows. About the bathrooms, there is one bathroom with a shower and another one that is a toilet. The wide living room has a sofa, an armchair, TV and space for the dinnig room with a table and chairs. From the living room you can access to the terrace with sea views and outdoor furniture to enjoy when ever there is good weather. The kitchen is totally equipped with a fridge, are to cook, oven, toaster and also the washing machine. We have installed ceiling fans in the master bedroom and dining room to provide better comfort throughout the apartment. There is a standing fan in the bunk room. There are heaters in each room too. There is free parking for one car in the property just next to the residence entrance, it is number CAT 16, and there is also free parking in the street. The supermarket is just 5 minuts from the apartment. - Calella de Palafrugell is a calm town off season and more cheerful during the summer.
