The space *****Welcome to my beautiful & cozy duplex on the Xanten island of Wardt!***** In the duplex apartment on two levels (1st & 2nd floor) you can enjoy a fantastic view of the unobstructed nature all around, not only from the balcony. The idyll, nature and silence invite you to switch off from everyday life and recharge your batteries. The high-quality real wood parquet, the cozy furnishings with selected furniture and fabrics, the spacious bathroom (equipped with shower and bathtub, and high-quality DORNBRACHT fittings) as well as the separate bedroom/dressing room level on the second floor with a ceiling height of more than 3 meters create the unique ambience of this apartment. As a pharmacist and alternative practitioner, I attach great importance to the preparation of fresh food. Thus, in my fully equipped kitchen, from the GASTROBACCK juicer to the WMF smoothie maker, you will find a lot of things that you certainly cannot expect as standard in a vacation apartment. Entertainment & Silence: In the evening, you can stream your favorite music with the BOSE Sounddock or watch your favorite series on the LOEWE TV? Or simply enjoy the incomparable tranquility on the balcony - with or without reading (in the bedroom there are dozens of high-quality novels and other literature) A yoga mat (incl. GU guide) and a Thera band are also available as well as a large FATBOY incl. bean bag (100% cotton!) for chilling. IT'S MY STYLE :-) Guest access The entire duplex apartment is available to the guests alone (only 1/3 of the dressing room is locked for my private things). On the 2nd floor there is a hallway, spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub, living room and open living/dining area and kitchen. From there you can access the balcony. On the 2nd floor you enter a spacious bedroom (ceiling height over 3 meters) with an adjacent walk-in closet. There are plenty of dressers and cabinets to store clothes, among other things. In the living room as well as in the bedroom there is a TV. There is a Chromecast for streaming. Furthermore, in the living/dining area there is a BOSE Sounddock. The apartment has two key safes for easy check-in. Other things to note Please note: The duplex is located on the 2nd floor, i.e. there is a staircase up there and there is no elevator. In addition, the second living area is on the 2nd floor, which can also only be reached via stairs. My apartment is expressly not suitable for persons with walking disabilities.
