The owners have restored Paesino with great care leaving the details of the past in place.Villa Paesino Unit 1 sleeps four guests. Ground floor: Entrance from the patio into a large sitting room with a fireplace and dining table for 8. The well-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, washing machine) offers access to the patio. First floor: master bedroom with double bed, twin bedroom, large modern bathroom (shower).Villa Paesino is nicely furnished and very well-cared for. Each apartment has direct access to the upper terrace, telephone, and TV. Two hours of housekeeping per week is provided. Nearby Activities: In the village you can find various shops and restaurants. There is also a delicious take out restaurant in the village of Lesa (4 km). A sports club with 3 tennis courts and Olympic-size pool is only 10 km away. Guests may use the facilities for a daily or weekly rate. The beach is 4 km from the villa. There are 2 golf courses within 10 minutes by car and 7 more within 45 minutes. The ferry to other beautiful lake resort towns and islands docks at Belgirate just a 10 minute drive. The town of Stresa is within a 10 minute drive and Pallanza is 15 km north, Arona is 6 km south.
