Cozy place in mountains of Ajaria

My husband and I bought this house in the mountains because we fell in love with Adjara, this magical place. It's quiet, peaceful, just charming nature all year round. Clean air and tap water, fantastic sunsets that can be seen from the terrace over a cup of coffee or a glass of delicious Georgian wine. We have a spacious two-story house, and we are very fond of guests. The river Kintrishi flows a kilometer from our house, in summer you can swim. The space Our two-storey house is located in the beautiful village of Kohi, 12 kilometers from the city of Kobuleti and the sea. It's quiet, peaceful and very beautiful. My husband and I live on the first floor. On the second floor there are guest rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace. Guest access Guests have access to two rooms, a private bathroom, kitchen and terrace, courtyard, parking. We have a large garden. From mid-November to January is the season of tangerines and kiwis. If you come during this time, you can enjoy the fruit. Other things to note Guests can cook in the kitchen, there is everything necessary for this - dishes, stove, fridge, microwave. There are restaurants in our village, you can eat there. At the request of guests, we can prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for an additional fee. This should be agreed in advance. The nearest shop is 2 km from our house. Transfer for an additional fee: if necessary, we can meet you at the airport or train station, we can arrange trips to the beach and excursions. Public transport runs from the city of Kobuleti to our village. The stop is 1 kilometer from our house. The road from the stop is uphill. From Kobuleti to our village the road is good, asphalt. The last 100 meters to our house is a dirt road with an ascent. There were times when low cars could not pass the last 50 meters after the rain.
