I have owned this property since 2000 and has been the perfect spot for couples and small families .! It has been completely remodeled and is beautiful ! There is a leather couch and chair in the living room as well as an electric fireplace and a brand new 45 " Samsung LED Smart Plus TV . We offer Spectrum Cable as well as Netflix, and Samsung Plus+. There is also a Blue Ray Player. The new Hot Springs Vanguard 5 person hot tub purchased 1/4/23 hot tub is available all year long for your enjoyment , as well as propane barbecue Please also note: There is NO WOOD BURNING OR CHARCOAL ALLOWED. The hot tub and BBQ are in the patio area next to the downstairs parking/ carport for this unit. which is not in the other part of the yard. However, we just added a 4 ft tall dog gate for the patio area if you want Fido near you when you are in the the hot tub in the patio. The fully fenced yard has an outdoor dining set and hammock right off the front door. Please ask us questions if you need further clarification. Please note: this is a downstairs unit. We also rent the upstairs as well. This is like an apartment. We do supply all units with house slippers, but if you are sensitive to any type of noise , this might not be the place for you. ** ALSO*** very important. There is NO street parking of any kind. There are 2 parking spaces available only As of Oct 2022, we just updated the laundry room with a new LG full size W/D with steam feature as well as laundry accessories. ***NOTE: THIS CABIN IS WALKING DISTANCE TO THE LAKE** Once you arrive, you don't need to drive;) and the largest plus.. our amenities for enjoying a day at the lake are fabulous. See below. In the summer ,we have a SUP & 2 kayaks . this year we have added 2 kayak carts there’s also a hammock in the backyard during the summer. Other summer amenities include : beach wagon with 4 beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, water noodles and a ice chest. Summer items available from Memorial Day the weather gets cold and snowy. We also have a wagon to take to the beach with beach chairs and beach umbrella. The kitchen has every amenity you can think of for cooking. We have been told by guests, it has one of the best stocked kitchens they have ever seen! There are two types of coffee makers A Keurig as well as a Mr. coffee as well as a coffee grinder .. For the tea drinkers we have a kettle .In addition to a brand new Cuisinart knife set and food processor. We have also purchased a Neutra bullet for your use as well as all of the normal cooking amenities. We also have a large dutch oven and crock pot. Very close to everything there are also a few casinos in short walking distance as well if you care for a bit of nightlife. The unit is located in a very quiet neighborhood It is a duplex and the downstairs unit. Nothing yard etc is shared it is located non a different street, but it is downstairs.The upstairs unit and everything is completely private We accept dogs for $ 40 per dog , but no puppies sorry ** We highly suggest trip cancellation/ interruption coverage. it is very inexpensive and since our cancellation policy is very strict with no refunds unless we can rebook it is worthwhile We suggest Travel Guard. Also we do except pets however we do charge a nominal pet fee that goes to the house cleaners. they can call with any questions. I do not live on site It is very quiet and the few neighbors that live in the surrounding area are very friendly IN THE WINTER VERY IMPORTANT!! FIRST OF ALL , IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CAR WITH 4X4 AND SNOW TIRES, YOU NEED TO ALWAYS BRING REAL TIRE CHAINS NOT THE CABLE TYPE. WHEN ARRIVING AT TAHOE IT IS BEST NOT TO DRIVE UP GULL AVE. AS IT CAN GET ICY. THE BEST WAY TO COME IS TO GO 2 STREETS PAST AND TURN LEFT ON STATELINE AND THEN TAKE THE NEXT LEFT ONTO COVE ST. COVE STREET WILL DEAD END ONTO ISLET AND THE MAKE A RIGHT WHICH WILL TAKE YOU ON TO PIER ST. FOLLOW THAT UNTIL YOU SEE GULL AND THEN MAKE A LEFT AND THEN GO DOWN JUST A BIT AND THE PARKING AREA WILL BE ON THE LEFT UNDER THE CARPORT. NOTICE ON HEAVY SNOW YEARS THERE IS ONLY 1 PARKING SPOT. PLEASE CALL IF YOU DEFINATELY NEED 2 CARS AS NYOU WILL NEED TO PARK ONE AT THE CASINO ACROSS THE STREET ** We also suggest to purchase trip cancellation insurance . We recommend Travel Guard.
