The Tulip house is located in the heart of Ballandean, surrounded by wineries, 12km from Stanthorpe, 33km from Tenterfield and within walking distance of the Ballandean Pub, Dear Vincent Wines and The Church Wine. Enjoy the private outdoor fire pit in the rear garden or an outdoor bath in the Garden Bathhouse. 55 inch smart TV, 5 star hotel bed, fluffy robes and indoor fireplace make for the perfect romantic getaway or escape the hustle and bustle. Gated area for furry friends. The space The Tulip Cottage offers a 5 star queen bed, double sofa bed in living room, toilet, shower and 2 outside baths. It was renovated in Sep 2022 and is nestled in the rear gardens of the Tulip House which was once a restaurant but now is a private residence. It also has reverse cycle air-con located in the bedroom and living room as well as an indoor fireplace. Toaster, kettle, fridge, electric frying pan, coffee and milk are also provided Guest access Self check in, guests have access to the entire cottage and gardens. There is ample off street parking for guests located at the bedroom door for convenience. Other things to note We are conveniently located off the New England Highway it is quiet at night but you will hear some noise from passings by in the day. Please consider if this is an issue for you. The sheets for the sofa bed are inside the bed to make up as required
