The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. The heart of the city is 10 minutes by metro and Valmy Metro station is less than 4 minutes walk. Close to Valmy metro station and with a view on Saone river, in a old building in Lyon, you will enjoy the tranquility and comfort of my apartment renovated. We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels are included. Thanks to our connected lock the entrance to the apartment is rather flexible (after 3PM). Checkout is possible up to 11 AM maximum. **Our services** Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest). According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment. No noise after 10PM. Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. It costs 18€/person for the use of the linen for the whole stay. Example : if 3 persons wish to use the 3 double beds, the extra cost is 18€/stay.
