Layout and amenities: - 1 double bedroom with a wrought iron bed and panoramic window overlooking the Umbrian landscape; - Spacious open-plan living area with: -2 joinable wooden single beds; - Sofa for relaxing moments; - Large, well-finished private bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer; - Air conditioning in every room; - Flat-screen TV in all areas; - Recently renovated interiors, respecting the rustic style of the farmhouse. The room layout ensures privacy and comfort even for longer stays. The décor is simple, functional, and welcoming. Guest access Staying in the Green Apartment gives you full access to the entire estate, including: - Large panoramic swimming pool with a view over the Umbrian valley; - Farm with animals: cows, goats, chickens, and other farm animals; - Garden and courtyard, ideal for relaxing or letting children play; - Farm-to-table restaurant, serving traditional dishes made with products from our farm; - Green areas and trails ideal for outdoor walks.
