An idyllic little oasis of well-being with 50 square meters of country house flair in the countryside. The house is very rural and approx. 10 minutes' drive from Minden city center. Parking is available right outside the front door and the area invites you for walks. Perfect for those who like to be in nature and enjoy the sunset in the evening. The space The house is newly renovated and comprises lovingly furnished 50 square meters with an integrated fitted kitchen. In addition to a double bed (140 * 200 cm), the sofa is also available as a sleeping area with identical size. There is a workstation and of course everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances and of course everything is ready for the morning coffee or tea - as well as towels, sheets and a private washer/dryer. Guest access The house is a detached building with an integrated kitchen, bathroom and sleeping / living area, which is fully to you. The attached terrace with perfect alignment for the sunset is available to our guests alone. The adjacent front garden area of about 800 square meters can also be used. In the back there is our private garden.
