Guest access You will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage. Arrival details are provided a few days prior to check-in once a quick ID and card verification is completed via our secure Guest App (similar to a hotel check-in). This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for all guests. Other things to note Security Hold A $750 refundable security hold is required prior to arrival (as per our insurer). This is automatically released after your stay once the property has been checked and house rules are confirmed. Wi-Fi Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary service. While we aim to resolve any issues promptly, performance cannot be guaranteed. Check-in flexibility Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. A $50 per hour fee applies. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior.
