The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, designed to flow naturally while still offering defined spaces to cook, eat, and relax. Large windows and soft, neutral tones create a light, welcoming feel throughout the day. The layout is ideal for families, friends, or couples who value space, comfort, and a relaxed residential setting rather than a typical short-term rental feel. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas, three furnished bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the large laundry room. You’ll also enjoy direct access to the covered back porch with seating and a private fenced garden - perfect for a quiet morning coffee or winding down in the evening. 🔒 Please note: One bedroom and the garage are reserved for owner storage and remain locked. This allows the rest of the home to feel especially spacious and uncluttered for guests. The owner's car will be on the drive as in the pictures, no one will need to access it feel free to block it in. Smart-lock entry provides easy self check-in once pre-arrival steps are completed. A Ring doorbell is located at the front door and monitors the exterior entry only. A refundable security hold of $1,500 is required (this is a pending transaction, not a charge). As an alternative, guests may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day thereafter. Optional upgrades may be available via the guest portal, including early check-in and half-day stays, subject to availability and pricing caps.
