The space Sweetwood & Cinnamon is a thoughtfully arranged single-level home in a quiet residential setting, offering three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and fast WiFi throughout. With easy access to Austin, Circuit of the Americas, Bastrop, and surrounding business hubs, it works equally well for weekend escapes and midweek stays. This is not a standard short-term rental — it is a carefully kept home, shared while the owner is working away. Every room reflects lived-in calm rather than staged minimalism. Soft sage greens and calming blues run throughout, paired with curated art and collected travel pieces that give the home quiet personality. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is designed for ease — whether you're gathering for dinner, preparing for meetings, or enjoying a slower weekend morning. The large dining table comfortably seats the group and doubles as a practical workspace for remote work or trip planning. Fast WiFi supports business travel, while the comfortable layout encourages true downtime. Along the hallway, built-in bookshelves hold a collection of travel guides and books gathered over years of exploring — guests are welcome to browse and enjoy. Primary Suite The king primary bedroom is spacious and peaceful, featuring a large en-suite bathroom and an exceptionally generous walk-in closet — offering rare storage space for longer stays and added comfort. Bedroom Two A welcoming queen room styled in soft, neutral tones. Bedroom Three A comfortable full-size bedroom, ideal for an additional guest, older children, or smaller group configurations. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas, three furnished bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the large laundry room. You’ll also enjoy direct access to the covered back porch with seating and a private fenced garden - perfect for a quiet morning coffee or winding down in the evening. 🔒 Please note: One bedroom and the garage are reserved for owner storage and remain locked. This allows the rest of the home to feel especially spacious and uncluttered for guests. The owner's car will be on the drive as in the pictures, no one will need to access it feel free to block it in. Smart-lock entry provides easy self check-in once pre-arrival steps are completed. A Ring doorbell is located at the front door and monitors the exterior entry only. A refundable security hold of $1,500 is required (this is a pending transaction, not a charge). As an alternative, guests may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day thereafter. Optional upgrades may be available via the guest portal, including early check-in and half-day stays, subject to availability and pricing caps.
