Quiet and Clean Room in Central East Village

This quiet room in a 5th floor-walk up in East Village. Many great restaurants/bars are just around the corner, and the JMZF, 4/5/6, and L lines are all less than a 10-minute walk away. Tompkins Square Park is just a 3-minute walk away. I am a quiet, clean, friendly and am happy to host anyone who is respectful of common spaces and LGBTQ+ friendly. I identify as a gay male. I also have a 2-year-old friendly dog! Please let me know if you have any questions! The space The apartment is very bright and faces the back courtyard of the building, so no street noise. The room has a queen bed, a small closet, and it around 120 sq. ft. There is a shared common space, kitchen, bathroom, and I also have a Peloton you can use. I also have a puppy that is very friendly and quiet, so you'll see her coming in and out of my room once in a while. During your stay I will be around in the common areas.
