The philosophy of our villa "Harmony" also embodies this modern furnished apartment "Sweet Spot am Fleesensee" on the first floor. On a good 78 square meters, a hallway, a living/dining area designed with a lot of love, a kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a tasteful bathroom with sauna and a storage room are generously distributed. We put a lot of effort into choosing the furniture and decoration. With our cozy ambience, we want to conjure up a place for you where you can find peace, serenity and relaxation. Perhaps you will also discover the beauty of nature in the immediate surroundings or succumb to the charm of being active. With our apartment, we offer a good prerequisite that your vacation will be unforgettable. Enjoy life and let yourself go… The open living/dining area is our "harmonious center." There's something for everyone here. How about relaxing on our cozy sofa or on one of the two club armchairs right in front of our cozy-warm fireplace? Don't panic, we also provide digital entertainment with smart TV, Wi-Fi and DVD player. The equipment of the open L-shaped built-in kitchen leaves little to be desired: dishes and cutlery, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob with convection oven and microwave are always ready for you. You only have to do the shopping and cooking yourself! The two cozy bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bedroom closets make it easy to store luggage. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. The laminate floors ensure low-irritant breathing air and the fly screens ensure quiet nights with the window open. The bathroom is one of the highlights of this apartment. You can stay here, really without exaggeration, for a little longer. This is ensured on the one hand by the ground-level and glazed Raindance wellness shower and on the other hand by the family sauna. So to speak, relaxing in conviviality in a slightly different place… The exclusive designer vanity and the large towel warmer give the room that certain something. Our apartment has two terraces. Depending on where you are sitting, you can enjoy the morning, noon or evening sun. Two garden tables with matching chairs, two garden loungers, a beach chair and a large parasol invite you to linger. The icing on the cake of our garden designed with artificial turf is our outdoor hot tub, which offers a relaxing bathing experience for up to 5 people at the same time at a water temperature of 35 degrees Celsius. Fancy a barbecue? Our charcoal grill is ready for your grill creations! By the way, you are welcome to store your bicycles and golf equipment in the lockable communal shed. You can park your vehicle in your own parking space right next to the house. A washing machine and dryer can be found in the utility room for free use. Guest access The rental price includes the following services: - Outdoor parking space for one car - lockable shed for storing bicycles, etc. - Use of washing machine and dryer - Internet - Use of sauna - Use of the outdoor jacuzzi (water temperature 35 degrees Celsius all year round) - Use of the gas fireplace - Electricity, water, heating, gas Optionally, the following services can be booked directly from the host: - Bed linen for 8,50€ per person (beds are made upon arrival) - Towels for €5,00 per person (towel 50 x 100 cm, shower towel 70 x 140 cm, bath mat 50x70cm) - High chair €10.00 - Children's travel cot including bedding and bedding, covered upon arrival €20.00 - The municipality of Göhren-Lebbin charges a spa tax. The height varies by season and group of people and is collected by the host on behalf of the municipality. Exact information about the amount of the spa tax payable for their stay will be sent to the guest by the host after booking. The "Land Fleesensee" offers a colorful mix of activities and relaxing moments that ensure an all-round successful and natural vacation result. Culture and sports lovers will also get their money's worth. The sports offer ranges from leisurely activities to adventurous excursions: excellent golf courses, cycling and hiking, wellness and fitness as well as water sports, such as stand-up paddling, SUP yoga, surfing, sailing, canoeing. In and around Göhren-Lebbin, numerous restaurateurs offer a colorful mix of refreshing treats, light delicacies, traditional and international dishes and good home cooking. Many chefs attach great importance to regional products. The beach in "Land Fleesensee" is located on the lake of the same name and offers well-kept sunbathing lawns, natural sandy beaches, a dog beach and a water sports base, playgrounds, the lake business with boat rental, a chill beach club and the SBS Yachthafenresort with its own harbor and boat moorings. Due to its central location, Göhren-Lebbin is also a wonderful starting point for visiting concerts of the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Festival. The festival, with more than 190 concerts and over 90,000 visitors a year, is one of the largest classical festivals in Germany. Discover the neighboring resorts such as Plau am See, Waren (Müritz), Rechlin, Röbel/Müritz and the island town of Malchow on excursions. Also recommended is a day trip to the Baltic Sea, just an hour's drive away, to the old Hanseatic city of Rostock or to the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde.
