Goldsteig 1 - Single bed room

Welcome to our house, located directly on the Goldsteig! You will stay in a single room with private bathroom (shower/toilet) and access to the balcony. The kitchen can be shared with the guests of the room "Goldsteig 2", as well as the terrace. Wi-Fi is available, but no TV. The bed has a pull-out bed box with mattress, so two people could also use the room if necessary. The space Here you have a wonderful view of the magnificent nature in the middle of the city. You are located in the center of the district with the many, legendary "Zoigl-Stuben," which are quaint inns with the home-brewed beer from the municipal brewery. Our house is located about 50 meters from the Goldsteig quality hiking trail. Attention, things are mountainous here! Guest access You will have access to the basement, our "second ground floor" (the house is in an extreme slope location), which even has a balcony. All rooms that you cannot use are locked or marked "Private." During your stay As a rule, you can reach me personally. Someone will be there to show you the premises in person at check-in. If necessary, the key can also be deposited in the safe and you can check in contactlessly. Other things to note If our double room "Goldsteig 2" is occupied at the same time, you will share the kitchen with the other guests. The parking situation is bad, we don't have parking for our guests. Please use the designated parking facilities in the village. Thanks!
