Independent entrance and large bathroom for the exclusive use of guests. Quiet residential area. Casa Rossy offers a simple, clean, comfortable environment in a family atmosphere. The space "Casa Rossy" is located in a quiet village nestled in the Cremona countryside, a few kilometers from both the charming city of Cremona (to which it is also connected by the paved "Antica Postumia" bike path) and the Cremona Circuit. Easily accessible by bicycle from the VENTO cycle path. The accommodation has been very recently renovated and has a private bathroom and patio; it is equipped with controlled mechanical ventilation (VMC) with an integrated dehumidifier. Complimentary WIFI. Casa Rossy consists of a single large room equipped with 2 single beds and a three-quarter sofa bed; a large, well-equipped private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, heated towel rail, and much more. There is NO KITCHEN, and it is NOT possible to cook inside the bedroom. In the patio in front of the guest entrance, there is a bicycle rack, a table, and 4 chairs for the exclusive use of guests. The room is separated from the rest of the house by a service door that is always locked during the guests' stay, to ensure maximum privacy. A courtesy set (towel kit) awaits each guest. An electric kettle with an assortment of tea or coffee and other small accessories are provided in the room free of charge. In addition, available to guests: a table for 4 people (foldable) and 3 stools with backs, located inside the room. Convenient for enjoying a tea or coffee, but it can also be transformed into an excellent workspace if needed. Guest access Independent entrance. Free parking in front of the house. Other things to note Flexible check-in, but you need to notify the host if you're running late. Check-out from 6:00 a.m. and by 10:00 a.m. Upon your arrival, you will be personally welcomed by Rossella, the host of Casa Rossy, who will give you the keys and provide the usual instructions for your stay. An approximate arrival time would be appreciated so that we can welcome guests in the best possible way! Important: for reasons of space (especially when the sofa bed is open), noise, and possible additional heat, it is NOT possible to place a refrigerator inside the room. There is a small refrigerator available for guests inside the home of the host, Rossella, who will be happy to store any perishable food you may have. There is no KITCHEN in the unit.
