The space The apartment is on the first floor of a building with an elevator. The living area is bright and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen you can actually cook in; WiFi is fast and reliable, suitable for remote work too. The main bedroom and living area are air-conditioned; the second bedroom has a ceiling fan, not air conditioning; we say it plainly, because we prefer informed guests to surprised ones. If you’re traveling for business or the trade fairs, this is the ideal base: Mercanteinfiera, Cibus and the Verdi Festival are easy to reach, and with the station two minutes away you can arrive from Milan, Bologna, Rome or Florence without a car. Couples of friends and families get two real bedrooms and two bathrooms; no sofa beds, no compromises. For your car you have two options: the Fratti/DUC paid parking, 200 meters away, or ; on request; the building’s parking spot: message us with your car model and we’ll confirm availability for your dates. Either way, we’ll guide you to the best option. Other things to note A well-kept home with simple rules: no parties, quiet hours from 11 pm, non-smoking. Air conditioning serves the living area and the main bedroom; the second bedroom has a ceiling fan. The building is on a lively urban street; the bedrooms are quiet, but light sleepers should know.
