Our property is a newly renovated 38 sq. m. studio at the traditional settlement of Perissa village. It consists of a double bed , a small sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio opens to a verandah overlooking the mountain of Perissa. Our studio is 5 min away from famous black beach watersports,restaurants,beach bars and super markets! 24-hour security is provided outside the apartments with cameras. The space The studio was renovated in 2022 and is situated in a block of studios. All fittings are new, tiled floor, new bathroom fittings, new kitchen with a granite double sink, new oven, plenty of storage to put your baggage and belongings. There is also wi-fi, a flat-screen tv, hairdryer, coffee, tea, linens, towels and air conditioning. Also, indoor & outdoor dining area, a desk and plenty of outdoor shared areas that you can relax read a book or have your dinner/snack, as the beach and all take away restaurants are 5 minutes away from your home.
