Our holiday complex consists of 4 terraced houses in the quiet village of Neuenkirchen, ideally suited for groups or families who value both community and privacy during their vacation. Each house features an independent entrance and a terrace, offering a splendid view over the extensive, partly landscaped property. Moreover, our guests benefit from the short distance to breathtaking nature reserves, secluded sandy beaches, and cultural highlights like the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, all without the usual seaside hustle and without a tourist tax. The holiday homes, with a living space of about 60m² spread over two floors, accommodate up to 5 people. On the upper floor, there are two cozy bedrooms, while the ground floor with its historic beams and an open-plan living area invites guests to linger. In addition to a complete range of facilities including a kitchen and dining area, an entertainment setup with a TV Flat screen and free Wi-Fi ensure comfort and convenience. For added comfort, weather-proof garden furniture is available on the terrace, and each house has its own parking space in front of the building. Additionally, a communal bicycle storage room is available where, besides bicycles, garden furniture, high chairs for children, and toys can be borrowed. The 12,000 sqm property offers ample space for outdoor relaxation, including a playground and a large barbecue area, which provides ideal conditions for spending time together outdoors. Culinary delights are provided by the nearby "Wirtshaus Neuenkirchen" with its excellent cuisine, and a grocer's shop for daily needs is just around the corner.
