The beautiful 2-story vacation home "Can Faveta" with wonderful views of the hilly landscape is located in the countryside near Port d'Alcúdia and is perfect for quiet and relaxing holidays near the sea. The 275 m² vacation home consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), as well as 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet. Therefore, it offers space for 12 people. Other things to note The facilities also include Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning and a Smart TV, while 2 baby coty and 2 highchairs are available on request. The extensive private outdoor area with views over the hills and onto the sea boasts open and covered terraces with dining areas, where you can spend the mild evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners from the barbecue. Furthermore, a swimming pool (no fence) and deck chairs invite you to cool off and bask in the sunshine surrounded by trees and greenery. A table tennis table and pool billiard can be found inside the house. From the property, it is a 10-minute drive (8.5 km) to Port d’Alcúdia, a seaside town with scenic beaches and a charming marina, where you will find supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy and a variety of cafés and restaurants along the beach and the little port. Can Picafort can be reached after a 22-minute drive (16.5 km). There you can also spend the days at the sandy beaches and swim in the clear blue sea. The centre of Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 35-minute drive (46 km), and the city’s airport is a 40-minute drive (54 km) away. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Towels and sheets are changed free of charge for stays of 10 or more days.
