These rules constitute an agreement between the AGE HUT – Jacek Fałtynowicz in Circle of Tuchol County , and the person using the services. 2. AGE LODGE – Jacek Faltynowic in the Circle of the Tuchsky District is called the further part of the regulations – the COTTAGE and the guest. 3. The Guest agrees to the terms of these Rules (contract) upon payment of the deposit, or at the time of payment of the full payment in person, if no deposit was required, or at the beginning of the stay IN THE COTTAGE. §2 RESERVATION AND STAY FEE 1. The reservation is guaranteed after payment is made - at least 30% of the stay to the account of the AGE CABIN. At the same time, the advance payment means confirming the acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in the booking rules. 2. A reservation made 7 days or less before the scheduled arrival is subject to the obligation to pay the entire amount of the stay. 3. Failure to pay the deposit within 7 days of booking will automatically cancel the reservation. 4. The Guest undertakes to pay the remaining amount for the stay by bank transfer to the account of the AGE HUT no later than 7 days before the planned arrival or with the consent of the owner in cash on the day of arrival at the AGE HUT. 5. For reservations up to 4 nights, there is a prepayment of at least 50% of the amount due for the stay. 6. If you don't use all or part of your reservation within the timeframe you've already booked, guests are not eligible for a refund or a reduction in the price of the service for any unspent nights. 7. the OLD COTTAGE reserves the right to terminate the agreement in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside the control of the owner of the COTTAGE. 8. When you arrive at the Age Cottage, you'll need to bring a valid government-issued ID (ex: a government-issued ID) and provide it to your host when you make the formalities for your stay. 9. Check-in and check-in fee formalities are made on the day of check-in. §3 TERMS OF STAY 1. Only the number of people reported in the reservation can stay in the AGE-OLD COTTAGE. 2. The AGE-OLD COTTAGE has quiet hours from 10pm to 6am. People staying at the property undertake not to disturb the quiet hours of the night and quiet occupancy of the surrounding people of the Circle. In case of complaints from residents, THE owner of the CABIN is entitled to refuse service to the person who violates this rule. 3. Guests staying in an OLD CABIN are responsible for keeping safety and ordering your listing. Guests who use THE CHALET are committed to complying with health, safety, fire safety, and emergency requirements for hosts when they need it 4. In the event of a gross violation of the provisions of these Regulations, in particular in the event of disturbing the peace of the inhabitants of the Circle, using gestures or words commonly considered abusive, persistent failure to comply with the recommendations of the owner of the AGE HUT, the Guest may be charged a contractual penalty of PLN 1,000 and may be expelled from the AGE HUT. 5. Check-in time is 2:00 PM to 10:00 AM the next day. 6. Leaving the GUEST'S personal belongings after the rental period can only take place with the consent of the owner of the AGE CABIN. 7. The guest is obliged to settle the equipment of the cottage according to the list. They bear full material responsibility for damage, destruction, or lack of equipment released for the duration of the stay. The caregivers are responsible for the damage caused by the children. Damage should be reported to the host. In the event of damage caused by Guests, it will be possible to charge a fee for damaged items at the current market prices, plus costs related to the purchase, transportation, installation of damaged items. 8. AGE HUT for missing items during the stay is not responsible. The obligation to protect against theft and destruction rests on the Guest. 9. The resort has free parking where guests park their cars. 10. It is forbidden to light a fire and BBQ in places that are not designated for this. 11. The whole farm is smoke-free, except for designated areas and pyrotechnics. 12. During the stay, the Guest independently maintains order in the occupied facility. §4 STAY OF GUESTS WITH PETS 1. The animal in the area of the AGE HUT must be under the full control of its owner, where anyone who brings the animal into the area is considered the owner of the animal. 2. The owner of the animal is obliged to carry an animal health book with the current rabies vaccination. 3. The animal must not disturb the rest of other holidaymakers and residents of the Circle. 4. In order to take care of the physiological needs of the dog, it is necessary to move outside the area of the AGE HUT. 5. In case of animal contamination of the cottage or the AGE area of the COTTAGE, the owner is obliged to immediately remove the contamination. 6. The owner covers the costs of any damage caused by his pet. §5 INFORMATION CLAUSE – AGE HUT Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Ordinance of 27 April 2016.
