Come in and immediately enjoy the amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, which can be seen from all areas. The Penthouse has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and Hästens beds. A large kitchen with cooking island, equipped with every luxury. A spacious living room, with lovely sofa and large TV. And of course a spacious porch, with a lovely sofa and chairs, from where you have a beautiful view over the Caribbean sea. Finally, there is also a laundry room, with a new washing machine available. The entire apartment is air-conditioned. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment, no shared areas. Entrance through a secure entrance, shared elevator with 6 other apartments. Other things to note 7 % tourist tax is not included in the rate, and should be paid directly to the owner. The price includes; monthly garden maintenance, resort & hosting fees, water usage, use of WIFI and electricity usage with a max. allowance of 40 kWh per night. Over-usage is charged at EUR 0.40 per kWh. Curaçao is a 'Car Island', if you really want to explore the island, I always recommend guests to rent a car.
