Casa Vida heated pool

Casa Vida is situated in Rakalj, in a peaceful location. House (72 m2) consists living/dining room (with 2 sofa beds) with a kitchen, 2 new bedrooms (1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), and two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower). Washing machine. Kitchen, table and chairs for every person, new kitchen , pots, cutlery, etc. provided, dish clothes, electric cooker, number of rings: 2, oven, refrigerator.Pets 10 eur/day The space Holiday house is located in the small fishing village of Rakalj, on the east coast of Istria just 2 km from the nearest beach. The vivid urban life is reachable in the town Pula which is 25km to the south. The house is a good starting point for daily excursions to the pitoresque countryside, visits to the popular restaurants wih home made cuisine or search for the perfect nearby beach. House has private swimming pool with open shower and carefully maintained fanced garden. Interior area : 75m2 + back yard 400m2 Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, Sat TV, Wi-Fi, air -co, oven, stove, coffe machine, bbq, baby cot. Ground floor: living room whit sofa bed for two, comfortable open kitchen with dining area and bathroom(shower, washstand, wc), bedroom with double bed Second bedrooms has 2 single beds Garden: terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, private parking, private pool with shower. The pool is heated, maximum temperature is 26 degrees Celsius, temperature of the pool depends on weather conditions and cannot always be guaranteed, especially in case of low temperatures and rain. Heating must be requested 24 hours in advance and it is charged separately.
