Delightful Zanzibar-style villa by the sea combined with European comforts, with a makuti roof and fine local woods. The villa is divided into two independent apartments (ground floor and first floor) that are externally connected, equipped with all amenities. In addition to the four bedrooms, in the two living rooms there are two sofa beds, each suitable for one adult or two children. The house is furnished with careful finishes and is equipped with wifi, air conditioning, appliances and ceiling fans. The space The house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The two apartments, independent but communicating outside, both have a large living room (with sofa bed) and airy bedrooms. The outdoor spaces have a dining area and sofas for relaxation. The cleaning service is provided daily and the change of sheets and towels, entirely provided by the house, will be carried out every three days. Extra services such as taxis and home shopping are available upon request. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, excluding two small service rooms. The outdoor spaces are all enjoyable and at your complete disposal, as are the indoor spaces. Other things to note It is possible to order groceries. 4 km away there are a couple of small supermarkets stocked with almost everything (including Italian and international products) and many local shops selling early produce, vegetables and fragrant fruit. The price of the stay includes a load of electricity (equal to 200 kw/h) and a load of 10,000 liters of water. With a modest expense, on site, you can increase the amount of electricity or water according to your consumption. In the village at the back of the house there are small fruit, vegetable or beverage shops.
