Attractive floating ready-to-camp unit with a large, peaceful terrace, panoramic views of the canal and the forest, electricity, a small grill, and other basic kitchen amenities. Self-service access included to paddle boats, bikes, pool, fireplace, and barbecues. Dogs welcome. Enjoy your meals, relax, and paddle surrounded by water and nature, observing the abundant wildlife. Cycle along the Paysan country trail. Fall asleep and wake up lulled by the waves and the singing of the animals. The space EARLY SEASON SPECIAL: Book 2 nights for a stay between May 15 and June 4 and request your 3rd NIGHT OF THE WEEK FREE Aloberge 7 is located in the Lacolle Marina Rose des Vents canal, with a view of the Richelieu at the entrance to the canal. It's the second to last at the end of the canal. It is in the "ready-to-camp with electricity (30 amps)" category. Running water is available on the docks (unheated water) as well as in the sanitary block (heated water). Dogs are welcome. The floating platform measures 12 x 26 feet and is permanently attached to the dock. The cabin (10 feet x 12 feet) includes: - Sleeping area: Two single sofa beds with slatted bed bases and pillows (BEDDING NOT INCLUDED). One of them can be extended into a double bed (capacity for 3 people, ideal for 2). - Kitchen equipment: Compact fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker (with reusable K-Cup), and blender. -Mini electric grill (NO FEE IF EMPTIED AND CLEANED BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE). - Basic dishes for 3 people (including a cast-iron skillet or wok for barbecues in the picnic area). NO CHARGE IF CLEANED BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE. - Air conditioning: Small ceiling air conditioner (limited performance in daylight during heat waves). This accommodation is not recommended for people who are sensitive to intense heat. - Heating: small portable electric heater that can also be used as a fan. Hair dryer and small first aid kit (in one of the bench drawers) - Information about the area (including a book) and a small game (cards or other) - Cleaning products (including everything you need to do the dishes and clean the grill) - Other amenities: Side table (long folding bench), storage spaces (drawers in the sofa beds and small shelves), blinds or opaque curtains in all windows (windows on all 4 sides with anti-UV polymer film), dog bowl The floating platform includes the following outside: - Large covered terrace at the front (12 feet x 10 feet) with 2 "zero gravity" sun loungers, a table with an extension, 2 chairs, and an electric mosquito repellent. -A bench with storage at the back, containing 2 life jackets for adults (MANDATORY IN BOATS) and various recreational items (ball games, bean bag toss, ball, swimming pool items).
