Max Occupancy: 6 guests 2. Max number of vehicles: 2 vehicles 3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat) 4. Trash not be left outside of provided trash receptacles 5. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans VERIFIED VIOLATIONS AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. $250 fine per violation 2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee 3. Immediate eviction 4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate DOGS ALLOWED: We allow dogs only, a max of two dogs for a $150 per dog pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs. PARKING: Guests are permitted 2 vehicles: we can accommodate 1 vehicle in the driveway and a 2nd vehicle is allowed to park on the street. Please be sure to follow parking rules and signs, there is no parking on the home side of the street. **RVs and trailers are not permitted CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES: For security purposes, there are two outdoor cameras that monitor the front door, driveway and back door. Cameras are there to help monitor weather, and are for guests' safety. There are no indoor cameras. **Tampering with cameras is immediate cause for eviction. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking 2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID 3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported. *Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits More information will be provided in our Rental Agreement and Welcome Packet. Other things to note For the comfort of all guests and in accordance with insurance liability and the Walla Walla City vacation rental code, NO visitors are allowed if this EXCEEDS the home’s maximum guest and vehicle count. This includes vendors such as private chefs, hair stylists, makeup artists, and similar services. A $250 fine per person/vehicle per day will be applied. This home is designed for relaxation, connection, and quiet enjoyment—not for parties or large, loud gatherings. Please note that no parties or events are permitted. Guests are welcome to celebrate responsibly, but this is not a home for loud music, heavy drinking, or late-night noise. The neighborhood values peace and privacy, and we ask that all guests do the same so everyone can enjoy their time in Walla Walla.
