The space As you enter the villa on the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a large dining table. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary facilities and devices, such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, coffee maker, and more. On the same floor, there's a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower/WC designed for disabled persons. On the first floor, you'll discover two more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC, while the other bedroom features twin beds and an en-suite shower/WC as well. All bedrooms are equipped with satellite flat-screen TVs and 3d glasses for watching 3d movies. The lowest floor hosts a fully equipped and organized gym for your daily exercise routines, along with a hydromassage booth with a steam option for ultimate relaxation. Outside the villa, you can enjoy a game of table tennis for additional exercise, use the barbecue and wood-fired oven for outdoor cooking gatherings, and make use of the utility room with a modern washing machine and clothes dryer.
