I specialize in long-term stays so if you’re searching for a beautiful, low-key home-away-from home for one+ months, you won't be disappointed. :) The space ENHANCED CLEANING NOTICE: At a time when cleanliness matters more than ever, I follow Airbnb’s "enhanced cleaning protocol". This includes using extensive checklists for cleaning common and private areas; sanitizing high-touch surfaces (i.e. door knobs, light switches, cabinets), and providing extra cleaning supplies for guests to use during their stay. :) I have two listings on AirBnB; this listing is for the bedroom I have titled "Rainstorm", which sleeps two adults in a full-sized bed. There is a new comfortable foam mattress topper on the bed. And air mattress can be added to this bedroom to accommodate a third person. This bedroom has a standard closet and one window for natural light. The room is minimally furnished and includes a dresser, lamp, and ceiling light. The pricing you see prior to booking on AirBnB will include a $20/person per-night fee for each additional guest. Guest access I live in the house, but I am away a lot. Access to the house is through a bluetooth key, so I will request a valid email address from you once you book your reservation, so I can send you that (as well as the house rules which contain my cell phone #). Your reservation gives you access to the upstairs bedrooms, a full bathroom, as well as an open office space with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. It also includes workout weights and an area to work out. (There is a treadmill in the garage; please inquire before using.) Guests can access the entire downstairs, which includes the living room, a half bathroom, dining area that seats 4, and large kitchen. It also includes the front porch, where there are two lounge chairs to sip your morning coffee or tea. :) The only part of the house that is off limits to guests is the master bedroom and bathroom, located upstairs, overlooking the alley. During your stay I give my guests space but am always available through the AirBnB app or my cell phone number when needed. For peace of mind for all my guests, quiet hours are from 9:00PM-7:00AM. Please refrain from loud conversation, playing audible music, or doing laundry during this time. :) I try to be in tune with what my guests need. If you would like to socialize, I am happy to accommodate when I am available! On the other hand, if you want to chill, I respect that. :) Other things to note If I am not at home when you arrive, your house rules/orientation welcome letter (which should be read immediately) can be found in your room in the welcome basket.
