The space *** IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES! *** This unit is in a community of 45 mountain cabins with a hot tub shared by all guests that closes strictly at 9pm. Check in is 4pm and later, and check out is 10am and earlier, with early check in available for a small fee but cannot be reserved until 24h before arrival and only then if the cleaning schedule allows for it. Like nearly all homes in Estes, this cabin has no air conditioning. This is now a strict no-smoking property. No smoking inside, outside, and no outdoor fire pits (now illegal in Estes Park's vacation homes). Charcoal BBQs are banned. Gas is OK. ROAD CONDITIONS Estes has a great plow team and our parking area will also be plowed during storms, but if there's a huge blizzard, they may not be plowed exactly when you need them to be. We cannot assist if you get stuck and we always recommend that people rent AWD or 4WD when visiting us from October to May. We are at 8,000 feet and this can be a snowy area! GUEST COUNT 6 people max. BEARS Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area often and can break in! A/C Like nearly all homes in Estes Park, there is no air conditioning. Evening breezes coming off the mountains cool the home quickly.
