The villa is divided in three sections.Each section is with two bedrooms and bathroom and is having its own entrance.Perfect for families,one bedroom with double bed the other bedroom with two single beds.Baby bed or additional bed can be added on demand. The space The villa combines wooden elements with a stone structure and offers wide spaces, comprising 6 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, each equipped with shower.This is a house with a yard build in 1936 from my great grandpa who was the Mayor of the village before 1945. During the years it was a farm for many sheep owned by my family. Afterward it was abandoned and most of the buildings were in ruins for several years. Nowadays after years of hard work the property has been turned into a calm and a comfortable place in a traditional Bulgarian style with a beautiful garden. The house attracts many guests from all over the world with its location close to the sea and the fabulous nature around. A fully-equipped kitchen with a spacious dining room is at guests’ disposal. Barbecues facilities is available in the shared yard. The villa is sharing the garden with a small villa located in the opposite site of the yard with its own kitchen and dining room. In the vicinity of Levana Guest House there are several restaurants and shops, and Dulboka, a mussels farm, is 3 km away. Rental for sports equipment and other water activities can be arranged on site. Swimming is possible at Zelenka, Bolata or Roussalka reachable within 10 Guest access Each villa is using its own kitchen.All other common spaces are accessible.
