The annex, a charming house, close to Beaune

The annex is a detached house set on 26,000 m2 of land, with a shared 12 m x 4 m swimming pool. It was completely renovated in 2024. It has a total area of 90 m2, including 2 bedrooms of 25 m2 each (2 beds in all), a 25 m2 equipped kitchen, a bathroom-WC and an entrance hall. We offer, by reservation, a table d'hôte. Leopold and I will make sure your stay is as relaxing as possible for you. The space My charming accommodation is a family house dating from the late 19th century, resembling an old Alsatian station, completely renovated by us for 1 year. Guest access Access to my accommodation is easy, taking a gravel path. Free private parking is available, very close to the house. The annex is behind L'évidence, a red brick farmhouse. Other things to note The accommodation has several highlights, such as the charm of the old and the modern, the calm, spacious rooms, access to the swimming pool and the perfect wifi connection.
