Flamingo SPA loft, is a small apartment on the sea, in centre of Syracusa, with breathtaking views on the island of Ortigia. From the bedroom, immersed in a beautiful jacuzzi, or directly from your bed, or while you eat breakfast you can admire a unique show in the world, including sailing ships arriving at port, and unforgettable sunrises on the sea and on the island of Ortigia. The house has been furnished with style, and taking care of every finish, with a particular eye also to comfort.. Whether you are a romantic getaway, whether it is a vacation to explore the eastern part of Sicily or just Syracuse (whose monuments are almost all within walking distance), this apartment is the right choice. The night zone: The bedroom is on the first floor (mezzanine) which is accessed by a spiral staircase . The bedroom has a large round bed with a memory foam mattress, a jacuzzi with chromotherapy, dimmable lights to create an atmosphere and even admire the magnificent view of Ortigia and the small harbor at night. A unique emotion to wake up with the tinkling of sailboats on the mirror of the blue sea which welcomes the rising sun. The living room: On the ground floor, a very comfortable space, in marine colors, with a well-equipped kitchen with:- Oven, dishwasher, espresso and cappuccino coffee maker, American coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, induction hob, and much more …. The living room also offers a relaxation area with sofa bed and television, with youtube and satellite channels. The bathroom:It is accessible from the living room on the ground floor and has a double sink, a washer-dryer, a hairdryer and a hydromassage shower with chromotherapy. Conditions: - NO PETS. - House is not suitable for people with mobility problems due to the spiral staircase. It is forbidden to exceed the number of people authorized and agreed by contract. - Electricity, water and gas included in the price. - Early checkin: you can request early checkin, but it will be subject to availability, the cost is 25 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival - Late checkin: checkin is guaranteed until 9pm, in case you need to arrive after this time, you can ask for availability first, and the cost is € 25 to be paid in cash upon arrival. The equipment consists of: shampoo, a few rolls of toilet paper, liquid soap, a few dishwasher tabs, washing machine detergent, a bottle of water, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and a small welcome basket with typical products (usually something for breakfast and something for lunch or dinner).
