Independent studio in a quiet building with small patio

Recently renovated while beautiful, this small 22m2 studio has everything you need for a pleasant stay in the region. We have 'cure' tariffs: Except July and August, 480 €. July and August 650 €. All inclusive, sheets and bed linen included. Price per week except July and August 180 €, July and August 250 €. There is an independent entrance, a patio with a table and chairs, the main room of 22m2, a shower room and a kitchen. There is also a small cellar. The photos show a sofa / bed but this year we are going to put a double bed and a sofa like a hotel room. It is ground floor, there is electric heating and an electric hot water tank. There is private parking, but for people without transport, the building is opposite a bus stop and close to the supermarket. It is 20 minutes walk from the Spa or 3m by car.
