Please note that you rent the whole villa, including: * Upper Floor Apartment (Sleeps 5): - Spacious living room with an open kitchen, office area, and two single sofa beds. - Two bedrooms: one double (140x190cm) with a sea view, one with bunk beds (90x200cm) and a canal view. - Two bathrooms with shower and toilet. - Two large shaded balconies: one with a partial sea view, one overlooking the swimming pool and canal. - Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. - Washing machine for added convenience. * Ground Floor Apartment (Sleeps 5): - Large living room with an open kitchen, TV, and three sofas (including one sofa bed - 110x190cm). - Two bedrooms: one double, one with bunk beds—90x200 cm.
