An Off-grid Eco Home Experience right on the water! Our 3 bedroom architecturally designed home has all the creature comforts of modern living while offering the peace, tranquillity and beauty of island living. Situation on the west coast of Taveuni island, the home boasts its own water frontage with a safe swimming rock pool, tropical fish and soft corals right at your doorstep! 3 Bedrooms with queen beds + 2 x couch/fold down beds Full Kitchen & Coffee machine Kayaks and games The space As the owner builder, we wanted to create a home for our family and friends to be both beautiful, modern and convenient. You will feel at home in this stunning 4,000m2 ocean front property with a huge garden full of flowers, fruit and tropical fauna. Enjoy a coffee overlooking the ocean, watching turtles pass by and fish splash in the water while waiting for the sun to rise over the DeVouex peak. During the day you can explore many of the sites that Taveuni has to offer, diving, rock waterslides, Vuna falls etc OR sit back on a hammock and read a book. Sunsets are spectacular with our west facing deck you can track the sun disappear into the oceans horizon. Many beaches a short walk from our house, you'll also pass a 9 hole golf course Guest access Entire house and 4,000m2 beautiful gardens. Enjoy swimming in your very own rock pool that opens to the ocean for beautiful private coral snorkelling out the front. Guests have access to washing machine located in the central bathroom. Excludes downstairs tool shed. Other things to note This is a full off grid experience. The solar system is first class but we do not have a backup battery. You cannot run air-conditioning and other large appliances too much or at all overnight. All beds will be made with fresh linen, all towels provided. The house has a full kitchen for you to enjoy. We can provide regular cleaning including a laundry service if required. Note. No parties allowed. This is a special and quiet space.
