Welcome to our home. It is a perfectly maintained villa in the heart of Castilla La Mancha, where we live, but we rent it for weekends and short periods. You can enjoy the amenities it offers (swimming pool, spa, fountain, garden cabin, barbecue, chill-out area with vaporizer...) and everything perfectly automated with Alexa. The space The house is a villa located in the El Trigal de Albacete development. It has two floors of 130 square meters, with the bedrooms, bathrooms, study, and balcony on the top floor, and a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and pantry on the bottom floor. It includes a large garden with a barbecue, cabin, swimming pool with spa and chill-out area. In addition to a pond fountain with fish and frogs that will delight your senses Guest access In the garden, a barbecue bar with a wood-burning oven, TV, dishwasher, and freezer is included for guests to enjoy. If you wish, you can hire a beverage replacement service to suit the consumer. The house includes all the amenities of a house, as we live here the rest of the year. (Iron, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 3 wood-burning fireplaces, 2 indoor showers and another in the garden, bathtub...). In addition, you can easily travel to downtown Albacete in just 7 minutes by car, taking advantage of the city's taxi service. Other things to note The house is decorated with numerous works of painting and sculpture, as I am a professional artist. They serve as an exhibition for visitors, who, if they wish, can place orders. All corners are meticulously cared for, so please be gentle.
