The apartment is located inside an ancient medieval tower. Built around 1300 with the founding of the town of Montefranco, it has served as a watchtower over the centuries. In fact, you can see several strategic points of the Valnerina from its windows, and despite the distance of about 6 km, the Marmore Waterfall is also visible.
