Birkelund Cabin relax or energize in the forests

New (2015) guest house in the Norwegian forests close to the Swedish border. The cabin has to double beds. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen, sitting place with fireplace. Easy access to the lake for swimming and fishing, as well as to the forest for hiking and cycling, while shops and restaurants are ~15 min. away. - New (2015) holiday home with two cozy beds. Wonderful shower in a nice bathroom. Kitchen and cozy living room with wood stove. Terrace on the sunny side with grill and garden set. The space Enjoy yourself on one of the to alpine ski centers during winter. Both of them are 1 hour driving: Valfjellet in Sweden or Vinterpark in Oslo. Also 1 hour driving: ice skating tours on lakes. The guest house is located on the edge of the forest and close to a large lake. The area offers ample opportunity for long and short walks, bike rides in the forest, swimming, fishing and canoeing. In the winter months, two ski parks are open more than an hour away. One in Valfjellet in Sweden and the winter park near Oslo. You can also have about an hour's drive away for various skating rides on natural ice. Guest access The guest house is on the same property. Other things to note The location of our guest house is ideal as a stopover for those passing through to or from Norway and Sweden. Ørje is located 5 km from the Swedish border directly at the main E18.
