The space The spacious apartment is a part of historical building, national cultural monument, located in downtown, in the front line of historical center of the City therefore viewing the Main (Hlavna) Street, the heart of City. The flat is situated on the 2nd floor. A very surprising and pleasant is a balcony viewing the Hlavna Street where guests can sit and take delight in amazing heart of the City, directly facing the grand history and culture of Košice. Every room of this unique apartment is completely new, freshly painted, newly and fully furnished and equipped, including comfortable beds, bedding and towels, furniture, WIFI and TV in the living room, working tables. The kitchen and the living room is extremely large and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with new electrical devices, with everything needed for cooking or preparing food or eating, kitchenware, dinner sets, cups and glasses, eating utensils.... One room is furnished and fitted to host children as well and to offer them what children love. The apartment is good for everybody, one or two families with children, multiple family members, friends, colleagues, a group of solo travellers... Guests can drop off their bags before the check-in time or after the check-out time and go about the city. The apartment is very quite, located in a cool and safe neighborhood, very close to the bars, cafes and restaurants at the doorstep of your apartment! Other things to note The free parking (exceptional in Old Town) in a rather narrow inner courtyard of the house will require the driver´s experience in reversing the car when leaving. Available is also a paid street parking in close vicinity, in adjacent (back entrance) street. 1. Keep silence as much as possible in common areas of the house. 2. No smoking in apartment or common areas of the house. 3. No parties, events in the apartment 3. Only guests included in your confirmed reservation are permitted to be present in the apartment. 4. Please don't play loud music in the apartment. 5. Please be respectful and mindful of the neighbours. 6. Please turn off all lights and appliances when leaving the apartment. 7.
