It is located in Fermo nel Marche 3 km from both the sea and the center of Fermo. It's set on a hill of sunlit olive trees all day long. The property is fully fenced and with an automatic gate. The room with private bathroom is facing the garden on the ground floor of a typical Marche farmhouse of 1814 completely renovated. The space The room has a double bed, a double sofa bed, a wardrobe, a table with 4 chairs, a fridge with freezer, electric moka coffee maker, microwave oven, 1 induction cooker, sink and is heated with pellet stove (supplied) and/or air conditioner. The bathroom is in the room, complete with shower and suitable for people with motor disabilities (open shower without step, grab bars in the shower and toilet, shower near the toilet, raised toilet). Bathroom products and cleaning provided. The entrance looks out onto a patio where you will find table and chairs, the private covered parking is in front of the patio. In the room you will find welcome coffee and herbal teas. The price does not include any meals. The owners grant the use of their private pool (3x7 depth 1.20). Pool towels are not available and the use of those in the room is prohibited. Minors must be supervised by an adult. No diving, throwing improper items in the pool, and consuming food and drinks in the area in front. Any damage will need to be compensated. Guest access Using Google Maps, you can easily get to the accommodation. It is accessed from a private street. The host hands over the room keys and the gate remote control. Guests can't access other spaces outside their room, outdoor patio, and parking. The owners can grant the use of the private pool upon request, but access to the pool area is PROHIBITED if you do not make the request. MINORS MUST ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED BY THEIR PARENTS, AND DIVING IN THE POOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Towels (CANNOT BE USED FOR THE POOL), sheets, hair dryer, liquid hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and toilet paper are provided. Other: free Wi-Fi, clothes rack. For security reasons, it is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN for unregistered people to enter the room. To visit the Duomo, the Roman swimming pools, the art gallery, the Theatre, the library, the central square, in Porto S.Giorgio (3km) you will find free and paid sandy beaches, a marina and fishing, in Santa Maria a mare ( 5km) pebble beach. At 6 km, to visit for the beauty and the panorama, the small medieval village of Torre di Palme.
