The space The holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of a well-kept house and is accessible via a staircase. There are three holiday apartments in the house in total – two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. The apartment features a bright living and dining area with sloped ceilings and a clean, minimalist style. The living area is equipped with a sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a dining table. The kitchenette is functionally equipped and fitted with a new refrigerator as well as a stove and oven. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with blackout blinds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. A small outdoor seating area on the south side of the house is available (no garden access). Street parking is available. Bicycles can be stored in the bike shed or on the bicycle racks outside the house. Guest access Guests have the apartment entirely to themselves during their stay. Access is via a key safe, allowing flexible self check-in from 4 pm. Further check-in details will be provided shortly before arrival. There is no dedicated parking space on the property for this apartment. Free public parking is available on the street and is usually easy to find. Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored in the bike shed or on the bicycle racks outside the house. Other things to note This apartment is intended for adults only and is not suitable for children or pets. This is due to the open staircase in the building, which is not designed to be child-safe, as well as the general focus of the apartment on peace and relaxation.
