Factory charm on the edge of the Kaßberg

Living with factory charm at the foot of the Chemnitz Kaßberg, a charming Wilhelminian-style neighborhood. You will stay in a cozy self-contained apartment (about 50 m²) under the roof. Space for up to four guests (two on the double bed in the bedroom, two on the 1.40 m sofa bed in the living room). Incl. Wi-Fi. Everything is furnished with a lot of love and a sense of detail - feel at home. Whether a short trip or a longer stay, the amenities are available. The space The apartment is located under the roof on the third floor in a quiet side street. It has slanted windows, wooden floors, beams, bedrooms, bathroom with tub and a spacious living room with kitchenette (fridge, stove, dishwasher) as well as a large dining table. In the bedroom there is a large double bed for two guests (180 wide x 200; two separate mattresses). In the living room there is a sofa bed (unfolded: 140 wide x 200) on which one or two guests can sleep. Guest access You will use the entire apartment for yourself. Other things to note The city of Chemnitz has been collecting since Jan 1, 2024 an accommodation tax of 5% on the nightly rate. We are obliged to collect and remit this tax.
