The villa has a cosy and welcoming vibe, with comfortable spaces to sit, unwind, and spend time together. Step outside and you’ll find lush gardens and open areas, along with an infinity pool that looks out over the hills, perfect for quiet mornings or peaceful evenings. Whether you’re relaxing indoors, enjoying the views, or spending time by the pool, every part of the home is designed to make your stay easy, comfortable, and memorable. Layout of the Home - As you enter, you step into a cozy living space with comfortable seating areas. - The living and dining areas are connected, creating a bright and open space for everyone to gather. - One bedroom is located to the left of the living area, with an attached bathroom. - A few steps down from the pool area lead to the second bedroom, which offers beautiful outdoor views. - Another bedroom is located near the dining area, accessible via a few steps downward. - The remaining bedrooms are designed with large windows, letting in natural light and greenery views. - The living room opens out directly to the outdoor pool area. - The infinity pool overlooks the surrounding hills and greenery. - A small staircase near the pool leads to open garden spaces where you can walk around and relax. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours. Other things to note Things you Need to Know: - Security Deposit: ₹ 5000 per room - This is a 5-bedroom villa. - Pets are not allowed on the furniture and in the swimming pool. - Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. - Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. - Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. - We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. - Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. - Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. - Smoking in the rooms is prohibited. - Illegal activities, including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, are prohibited on the property. - Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. - Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items. - As required by law, every guest must carry a government-approved photo ID proof that shows the address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses, and Passports. - Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. - Generators can be switched on in case of a power outage or fluctuations. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hours of usage; the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage to avoid a breakdown. - Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can be affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains, or other causes - As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods.
