One-of-a-kind, modern home just outside downtown Lancaster. Beautifully landscaped lot with mature trees, private deck, fire pit, and hammock. Unique layout with exposed brick walls, passive solar heat, and hardwood floors; while the basement has bar, foosball, darts, board games, sleeper sofa, etc. Guests have private access to every room, deck, driveway, and yard (no one else will be on the property during your stay). The space Beautifully landscaped lot with mature trees, large deck for outdoor entertaining, exposed brick walls with custom stained glass, modern kitchen with gas stove and stainless appliances, hardwood floors, and basement bar with games. Fire pit, hammock, passive solar panels, etc, located outside. Guest access Guests have access to every room inside, and all spaces outside of the house (besides the camper and sheds). Guests may use kitchen appliances and cookware, smart television (no cable), dvd player, full and half bathroom, laundry, deck, driveway, and entire yard. Some closet/dresser space is available with advanced notice. Alcohol and musical instruments in basement are off limits. Thermostat range: heat 60-72, cool 68-80. Check-in time is flexible but must be agreed upon in advance if before listed time. Other things to note This property is my home. The second bedroom is my son's when we do not have guests. The house is kept clean and tidy, but there are expected imperfections throughout the property. In addition to the two upstairs queen beds, guests are also welcome to sleep on both queen sleeper sofas in the living room and basement. Please use linens (provided).
