The Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth is a short distance away with the beautiful city of Chichester is a short train ride or drive. The accommodation is on raised level with all living space on the first floor. Walking up the stairs into the living room you can enjoy the sea views across pond to the water, the large French doors open onto the balcony with a comfortable seating area ideal for enjoying a glass of wine on a summers evening or snuggled under a rug on the colder autumn nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to self cater for your stay with fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
