Welcome to my holiday home in the idyllic Balve-Beckum/Sauerland surrounded by meadows and forests. The beautiful Sorpesee (lake) is just 3 km away. There are numerous hiking trails, sights and mountains to explore right outside the door. The lovingly landscaped garden with charming pond and covered terrace invites you to relax. Up to 3 bedrooms for 5 guests on a maximum of 98 sqm. 1 Dog accepted per booking (fee), additional Pets on request. WLAN. Independent check in /out The space The interior and atmosphere of the house is modern with a touch of country house. There are a maximum of 3 bedrooms (depending on the number of guests), 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub with daylight and plenty of storage space, a spacious living-dining room with extendable dining table and leather couch, Android/Smart TV. A modern kitchen including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, large fridge and freezer, oven with ceramic hob and all the utensils you need for cooking. Bedroom 1 has a 180x200 cm bed. There is also a desk as a workplace, iron. Bedroom 2 has a bed measuring 160x200 cm. The third bedroom has a single bed measuring 90x200 cm. All bedrooms are brightly furnished and have wardrobes with hangers. For internet access, high-speed WiFi is available throughout the house, sometimes even in the garden. All rooms are equipped with electric shutters. From the living room you can access the approximately 21 square meter covered terrace. There you will find garden chairs, parasol, tables and a lounger. You are also welcome to use the furniture on the lawn to lie under the magnolia tree to relax by the garden pond and its waterfall and to watch the dragonflies, which are welcome permanent guests in summer. The garden is surrounded on all sides by a high, dense hedge. There are various board games available. A herd of cattle with calves on the meadows opposite from spring to late autumn, as well as various herds of sheep with lambs around Beckum. Guest access It is a large parking space at the property - please leave the garage door area accessible. You can also park on the road (30 zone). You have complete privacy because you can check in and out independently using a keypad and access code. You are welcome to use the garden. Other things to note Towels are not included. Bed linen included. Toddlers/ children must be booked as an additional guest. Max. 5 persons. The stove is closed. . The northern part of the garden is a wildflower meadow in summer and therefore cannot be used. However, there is ample garden space available.
