Large and charming house in Angra dos Reis

Casa da Praia is spacious and tastefully decorated. It is located on the ground floor, a few steps from Praia da Figueira (just a few steps away!). Two of the four bedrooms have ocean views. Waking up and feeling the breeze coming from the beach is a delight! You'll love it! The space Located in Secret Place, Casa da Praia is just steps from Praia da Figueira, one of the most beautiful beaches in Angra dos Reis! The three bedrooms with two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite, are on the second floor, and the third bedroom is on the first floor, with a shared bathroom, living room, TV room, dining table, and balcony integrated with the lounge. At Secret Place, some areas are for the common use of guests: the swimming pool, sauna and parking lot Guest access Access to Figueira Beach is very simple and is through the garden in front of the house, exclusive access for guests of the house. The best way to get around the neighborhood is by car. The nearest beaches are about a 15-minute drive away, and there is usually street parking in front of the beach entrances. The Naval College is about 20 minutes away by car and has its own free parking. There aren't many restaurants in the neighborhood, but we can recommend restaurants in the city center! Other things to note *We accept small pets upon prior consultation; *For daily housekeeping and cleaning, you must request it at the reception. The amount will be charged separately and will refer to the number of cleaning days requested. *The house has an individual electricity meter that calculates the consumption used by the guest from Check-in to Check-out. The consumption amount is charged separately and its calculation is based on the rate of the previous month. *To increase comfort, we have our own generator, in case of power outages during the summer.
