Just a stone’s throw from the charming villages of Gargilesse and Crozant, the house offers breathtaking views of the Boucle du Pin and the lush Creuse Valley. The fully equipped kitchen includes a central island, new dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and all the necessary utensils. 3 upstairs bedrooms: Each bedroom comes with a 160x200 cm ( draps et une serviette par personne inclus ) queen-size bed and ample storage (closets, wardrobes, drawers). Ideal for up to 6 guests. There is a modern bathroom with a large shower, and separate toilet facilities upstairs. Well-maintained & functional outdoor space: Enjoy the teak terrace with garden furniture and parasols, a walled garden with fruit trees, and stunning valley views. A private, enclosed parking area is available at the garden entrance.
