The space 🌿 Le Chalet de Fayolle 24110 – Panoramic view, private swimming pool & jacuzzi🌿 Welcome to Chalet de Fayolle, a fully air-conditioned chalet nestled in the heart of a peaceful hamlet on the heights of Montrem. You will enjoy exceptional panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, visible from the large terrace equipped with a bioclimatic pergola. Let yourself be seduced by the 5/6-person outdoor spa, ideal for a relaxing moment facing the sunset. The hot tub is included in July and August. For the rest of the year, it is offered as an option at a cost of €10 per person per day. Bathrobes are also available to rent. A private swimming pool is available for relaxing moments in complete tranquility. The single-story cottage includes: A spacious air-conditioned living room with a lounge area and a very comfortable sofa bed. A dining area that opens onto the terrace. A fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker and a filter coffee maker "bring your capsules", oven, induction stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). Two air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed and dressing room. A shower room. Separate toilets. To fully enjoy the panorama, the terrace is equipped with a stainless steel cable railing. The accommodation is therefore not recommended for young children. Pets are welcome, from €10 per night per pet (depending on size and breed) to be paid in cash upon arrival. As a reminder, animals are strictly prohibited on furniture, beds, the sofa or deck chairs. Any violations will be charged as a supplement at check-out. The base price is for 2 people with only one room. If you wish to use both bedrooms, a supplement of €20 will be requested upon arrival. Parking is free outside the property. No vehicles are allowed in the courtyard. ☀️ New: Pool & Jacuzzi Day Pass Depending on availability, we also offer a Day Pass to enjoy our amenities without renting the cottage. The Day Pass includes: Access to the private swimming pool. 5/6-seater hot tub. Sunbeds. Access to a bathroom with toilet. Access to the kitchen. Rates: €35 per person for half a day (4 hours). €50 per person per day. Service only by reservation and subject to availability, respecting the tranquility of the hamlet. Any additional guest or visitor not declared when booking will require our prior approval and may result in an additional fee.
